It does not describe the data-processing terms of a separately deployed CyberSaathi operational system for a customer organization; those terms should be governed by the relevant contract, deployment and applicable law.

You should not submit real case data, credentials, CDR/IPDR files, subscriber information or other sensitive investigative material through public website forms.

When production analytics, security logging or hosting services are enabled, standard technical information may be processed, such as IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps and security events. The final launch configuration should be documented here before analytics or non-essential tracking is enabled.

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations, evaluate product fit, secure and operate the website, comply with legal obligations and maintain business records related to product discussions.
5. Sharing
